Representation at hearings

Licence Applications
Reduce your costs, time and hassle. We aim to help to reduce the likelihood of going to hearing by helping you to get the application right first time. Using our vast knowledge and experience of all aspects of the system to limit objection and inconvenience. We provide an end-to-end service when it comes to your licensing applications. From simple variations through to new applications we can see the application through to completion from start to finish. This includes pre-application discussion and advice and agreements with the Responsible Authorities, through to formal submission of the application, production of plans and advert templates.
Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
Many contractors and insurers will require you to complete Risk Assessments and Method Statements. We have in-depth knowledge of the work that contractors undertake, and will assess your project and provide you with the tailored, compliant Risk Assessments and Method Statements that are often required by main contractors or insurers.
Fire Safety Risk Assessments
We are now registered with The Institute of Fire Safety Managers having attained a Level 3 Fire Risk Safety Management Qualification. As a result of this we are now able undertake fire risk safety assessments on low to medium risk premises.
Fire risk assessment has been a legal requirement for any premises with a licence since 2005
Staff Training
We understand that all businesses are different, and that’s why we provide a range of bespoke training to cater for your needs. We have extensive experience of delivering engaging, high quality courses to cater for individual business needs, from Challenge 25 or Proof of Age training through to more comprehensive packages covering the Licensing Objectives. We provide inputs tailored to the size and complexity of your business which will ensure you have the required “due diligence“ in place. Our training includes relevant information from current, up to date knowledge and experience, results in time saving for you and helping to safeguard your reputation.
Audit Checks
We cannot stress enough the importance of regular premises audits, to protect you, your staff and your customers. We attend site and complete a full assessment to ensure that you are meeting the conditions of your licence. We also carry out a full health and safety audit.
Our audits are supported by a full suite of documentation and guidance to get you back on track when there are areas of concern, and we work closely with partners to refer more specialist issues such as Fire Risk Assessments to a trusted associate putting you in a position of being safe and legal. We ensure that you are in the best position to: safeguard against any potential legal action, create a safe working environment, head off any potential exemption issues with insurance
